Wrong Part Sent
I ordered a dent puller from this company through NewEgg.com. They sent me a Trigger Switch for a welder.
Not even close! When I notified them they agreed to refund my money because what I ordered was not in stock. From reading the other reviews I assume this is done intentionally by this company. Then when I reviewed my refund they did not refund my shipping cost.
Not only that, but they charged me shipping for a much larger item when what they sent me fit easly into a small shipping envelope. I filed a complaint with NewEgg and let them know that doing business with a company of such disrepute damages their reputation.

"I ORDERED A FAN CLUTCH FOR A CUSTOMERS PICKUP. PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING.
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM THEM TO VERIFY ORDER. I NEVER RECEIVED AND EMAILS WITH ORDER TRACKING INFO. I CANNOT GET A FREAKING HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE. ONLY LETS YOU LEAVE A RECORDED MESSAGE THAT THEY SAY WILL BE ADDRESSED IN 1 TO 3 DAYS.
THE CUSTOMER OF THE PICKUP COULD NOT CONTINUE TO BE WITH A RIDE TO WORK SO HE PICKED UP HIS TRUCK AND UNDERSTANDABLY TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP. I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF VENDOR INCOMPETENCE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE.

Good prices but watch out
Wrong parts sent. Still not correctted.
Stay away from this company, even if you have to go elsewhere and pay more. The hassle is not worth it.
This company is horrible at communicating. When they screw up an order, they take forever correcting it, if they correct it at all. They keep wanting more and more info, and keep putting you off with email communications, no voice communication, no urgency. Its been nearly a month and I still have not received the correct part.
They have me taking pictures of what I received and what I ordered, etc.
to send them so they can have thier supplier check into what happened. How about just sending the correct part and exchanging for the wrong part you sent me.
