Stockwiseauto.com does not respond to emails/phone calls or web site inquiries. Tried over the course of 4 days to get answers to let me order parts from them. NO response. No joy. I will now add words to total 100 words so that I can submit this review, adding to the time I have wasted trying to get Stockwiseauto.com (hence to be referred to as SWC) to respond etc

One lost customer for their business. I had the same thing happen to me from another internet auto parts store. I'm sticking to reviews before I buy. You hear that Shockwise.

Wrong Part Sent

I ordered a dent puller from this company through NewEgg.com. They sent me a Trigger Switch for a welder.

Not even close! When I notified them they agreed to refund my money because what I ordered was not in stock. From reading the other reviews I assume this is done intentionally by this company. Then when I reviewed my refund they did not refund my shipping cost.

Not only that, but they charged me shipping for a much larger item when what they sent me fit easly into a small shipping envelope. I filed a complaint with NewEgg and let them know that doing business with a company of such disrepute damages their reputation.

"I ORDERED A FAN CLUTCH FOR A CUSTOMERS PICKUP. PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING.

I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM THEM TO VERIFY ORDER. I NEVER RECEIVED AND EMAILS WITH ORDER TRACKING INFO. I CANNOT GET A FREAKING HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE. ONLY LETS YOU LEAVE A RECORDED MESSAGE THAT THEY SAY WILL BE ADDRESSED IN 1 TO 3 DAYS.

THE CUSTOMER OF THE PICKUP COULD NOT CONTINUE TO BE WITH A RIDE TO WORK SO HE PICKED UP HIS TRUCK AND UNDERSTANDABLY TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP. I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF VENDOR INCOMPETENCE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE.

Good prices but watch out

ordered stuff several times...yes poor CS... The catalog is buggy. I had to pay core charge once going back, so it wasn't even worth it. Website showed wrong qty another time and they didn't want to honor it. You cant call, you have to leave an email if you want to talk to them. Shipping is a little out there, and then they will ship from different places in the same order so you will really get poked if you don't pay attention. But like i said some are the prices are very good, just be careful and hope that there isn't a problem...but there probably will be

Wrong parts sent. Still not correctted.

Stay away from this company, even if you have to go elsewhere and pay more. The hassle is not worth it.

This company is horrible at communicating. When they screw up an order, they take forever correcting it, if they correct it at all. They keep wanting more and more info, and keep putting you off with email communications, no voice communication, no urgency. Its been nearly a month and I still have not received the correct part.

They have me taking pictures of what I received and what I ordered, etc.

to send them so they can have thier supplier check into what happened. How about just sending the correct part and exchanging for the wrong part you sent me.

Denied even selling me the product

Ordered a radiator from them through amazon and item arrived broken and unusable. They denied selling the product and I had to eat $107 on a useless radiator. Stay away from these crooks. Can't get them to return e-mail after initial complaint. After looking on the internet I see this is normal practice for them. Now I wonder if I should even use Amazon again. What a shame. I don't suggest the TYC radiator either. I think it's made from egg shells. It is no where near the factory material quality and that isn't very good. Apparently this is a weal link on the 04-06 GTO's.

This company has been very horrible with there customer service. I ordered a part and the wrong part was shipped to me. During my experience they have emailed me over 20 times. I have asked for a return phone call 5 times as of today and they will not call me. I have been waiting for 20 days to have the money returned to my account. My advise is buy from a company that will answer the phone and talk with you. I am blown away that they are still in business, but be advised of how you will be treated.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They never sent me the part and made me jump through hoops to get a refund. I'm convinced their business model is to pretend to have a store, pretend to ship products, and then hope customers forget that they ordered anything. They have a customer service number on their site, which subconsciously makes you feel at ease when placing an order, but when you actually need to use it you find that you'll never get to a live person. It's a voicemail system that transcribes your message and emails it to their one and only customer service rep, John, who takes forever to provide you zero help whatsoever. This company seriously needs to be investigated for its questionable business practices.

HORRIBLE Customer Service.

So we've had a problem with a purchase. My husband purchased a set of motor mounts. A set comes with two different mounts. They sent him two of the same ones. He purchased them on 11/29/13 (the 7% Black Friday discount) and was quite disappointed when they arrived. After contacting customer service several times "John" has said that after the wrong part is returned, he cannot simply ship the correct one back, he'll just get a refund. They want my husband to reoder to get the correct part, with only a 5% discount, and have to pay for shipping again. This is completely unacceptable since it was the company that made the mistake. They need to give him the 7% discount again, and cover the shipping, as it was them that made the mistake, and he has a customer waiting for the repair to be made to their vehicle. They refuse to use the phone, only emails, and won't take care of fixing the problem that THEY made.
